What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantity is 25 hats in the same style, design & colour combination.
What does profile mean and what is the difference between low, medium & high profile?
The profile is the depth of the hat measured at two locations. From the bottom of the mesh in the centre of the hat over top button to the bottom of the mesh of the other side and from the highest point on the front panel of the hat to where it meets the brim.
We have multiple options so if you are unsure of what profile would best suit you, please discuss with us and we will point you in the right direction. We would recommend getting a crown and mesh measurement of any hats you like and then we will know which profile and factory option would best suit your needs.
What is the difference between acrylic and cotton material?
Acrylic is very hardy and durable. It is suited to dirty, hands-on, outdoor type industries but only has a limited colour range.
Cotton has hundreds of colour options and is a little softer to touch. Cotton can be great if you have particular colours in mind or need to have certain colours to match your branding. However it may show signs of wear particularly in conditions of intense sun or wet weather in comparison to acrylic material.
What is the order turnaround time?
Approximately 70 days from the time of ordering your hats will be delivered to you. If your require the hats for a specific event please let us know so we can keep this in mind during the design and production process.

We go to great lengths to ensure that your customised hats will arrive before you need them however sometimes things completely outside of our control may alter manufacture or delivery times. If you are slow in getting back to us about confirming details of your order, this may also delay the process.
What file type do I need my logo in?
File types of EPS, AI or PDF are preferred and create the best results, however we will endeavour to work with whatever you have. If you don’t already have a logo we also offer a design service.
What are the payment terms?
As your order is completely custom, we require full payment upfront before manufacture begins.
What if I change my mind? Can I get a refund?
Your order is completely customised to you and once you have paid and signed off on the order, and the manufacturing process has started we cannot refund your order. Should there be faults with your order we will replace or organise compensation depending on the problem. We go to great lengths in the design process to ensure that we have the order just the way you want it and provide PMS colours, measurements and image examples of materials to assist with this.
How to begin your custom order?
You can have as little or as much say in the design of your hats as you wish. You can design your own on our online hat builder, provide us with your logo and give instructions to what you want or you can leave it up to us and we will provide some design options for you to look at and alter to suit yourself. We do require a $50 non-refundable deposit to draw up your design however this is deducted from the final order invoice.
