How to order custom products from Insignia Co
If you would like to order promotional merchandise, like high quality trucker hats, here is what the process would look like:
1. Supply your files
Supply us with your logo (EPS, AI or PDF file types preferred) along with any other criteria, ideas or information you’d like to include, or design your own hat using our online hat builder. A $50 mock‑up deposit is required to create your design and is fully deducted from your final order invoice.
2. Mock-up Design
We will provide you with some mock-ups of your customised merchandise. Have as little or as much input into the design of your merchandise as you like. We make as many changes as it takes to get the design that you love!
3. Quote
Once we have the design you like, sit back and wait for us to do up your merchandise quote at a very competitive price.
4. Order
Payment is required before manufacture begins and you are kept informed as your order progresses
5. Delivery
Turnaround time from ordering varies between products. Hats take approximately 70 days to manufacture and be delivered to you.
6. Arrival
When you hats arrive, we take a professional image for you and also provide the opportunity to advertise your business on our social media pages. Its time to enjoy your products.

What file types are needed?
File types EPS, AI or PDF are preferred and create the best results, however we will endeavour to work with whatever you have.
Is there a minimum order quantity for trucker hats?
Minimum order quantity is 25 hats in the same style and design.
What styles of hat are there to choose from?
We currently offer 4 types of the popular mesh back trucker style hats.
- High Profile – Most popular size and fits large adult head size.
- Medium/Mid Profile – Fits a slightly smaller head. Great for females or teenagers.
- Low Profile – Slightly more shallow style that fits a smaller adult head.
- Kids Sizes – Numerous kids sizes available.
We also offer:
- Fully covered back (no mesh) trucker hats
- Beanies
- Bucket hats
- Visor
- Straw fishing hats
Hats can also be customised in the form of snap back, velcro, flex-fit and sliding buckles.
What are my options with colour choice for trucker hats?
There are over 100 colours to pick from in either Acrylic or Cotton Fabric. This enables us to match your requested colours as close as possible.
Polyester mesh comes in a range of 38 standard colours. You also have the option to do custom mesh which prints your own design directly onto the mesh.
How soon will my trucker hats arrive?
Mock-up: 2-7 Business days (depending on the details of your design and speed of your response)
Order Manufacture & Delivery: Approximately 70 business days from the date full payment is received.
Shipping: 10-14 Business days
