SHIPPING POLICY
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
- Insignia Co are not responsible for any delay within Australia Post. Please make sure all your mailing information is correct, as Insignia Co will not take any responsibility for incorrect order details when making a purchase.
- If your item is returned to us due to incorrect address, we will re-send the item at an extra expense to the customer. If the item does not return, then we will not offer refund/exchange.
- You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Glen Innes office on appointment. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions on when/how to pick it up
