What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 50 coolers.
What is the order turnaround time?
5 weeks from time of order
What kind of design can I get?
The sky is the limit. We can use high res images right through to custom made patterns and information.
What file type do I need my logo in?
File types of EPS, AI or PDF are preferred and create the best results, however we will endeavour to work with whatever you have. If you don’t already have a logo we also offer a design service.
What if I change my mind? Can I get a refund?
Your order is completely customised to you and once you have paid and signed off on the order and the manufacturing process has started we cannot refund your order.
Should there be faults with your order we will replace or organise compensation depending on the problem.
