RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Insignia Co. we want you to love you items as much as we do. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and choose a new item from our website.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at admin@insigniaco.com.au or 0437 575 022 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return form and instructions on how to return the item.
- Packaging: Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories.
- Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please retain the tracking information for your records. The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, or we made an error in your order.
Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Exchanges:
- We do not offer exchanges, as we currently don’t have the capacity to hold items for exchanges.
- If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us for instructions on how to return the current item and simply repurchase the new item online.
- Once the return is received, we can refund you the original purchase price.

Conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in new and unused condition.
- Final sale items and custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please refer to the product description for more information.
