What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order qty is 25 per design.
What is the order turnaround time?
Delivery to in 4-6 weeks from confirmed design.
What file type do I need my logo and graphic in?
File types of EPS, AI or PDF are the preferred options for logos and create the best results, however we will endeavour to work with whatever you have. Should you wish to be using images, these need to be of high resolution and not grainy. If you don’t already have a logo we also offer a design service.
Are there any design fees?
Basic designs are included in the standard fee, more elaborate designs that include multiple graphics and photos that gradient into other images may require an intricate design fee which would be confirmed when discussing design concept.
What are the payment terms?
As your order is completely custom, we require full payment upfront before manufacture begins.
What if I change my mind? Can I get a refund?
Your order is completely customised to you and once you have paid and signed off on the order, and the manufacturing process has started we cannot refund your order. Should there be faults with your order we will replace or organise compensation depending on the problem. We go to great lengths in the design process to ensure that we have the order just the way you want it and provide PMS colours, measurements and image examples of materials to assist with this.
How to begin your custom order?
You can have as little or as much say in the design of your shirts as you wish. You need to provide us with your logo and give instructions to what you want or you can leave it up to us and we will provide some design options for you to look at and alter to suit yourself. We do require a $50 non-refundable deposit to draw up your design however this is deducted from the final order invoice.
